Commonly asked Questions

The most common injury in Parkour are blisters, not fractures as you might think. However Parkour is not ‘soft play’. It is an extreme sport and comes with risks of injury.

It requires a great deal of focus and concentration to ensure the participants judgment is aligned with their physical capacity. However, while it’s accepted that injury can occur from Parkour training, regular practice will develop your ability to land and fall safely and without injury.
